The new-look Regattas Bar & Kitchen is all about Sunday Brunch! Available from 9am – 4pm each Sunday, Regattas’ brunch menu features such treats as bircher muesli with strawberry and pistachio brittle; seasonal fruit bowl with whipped ricotta and Kangaroo Island honey; and haloumi with zucchini, edamame, heirloom tomatoes, rocket, fennel, mint and lemon. For ‘something heavier’, go the full English breakfast; the Earth Bowl (brown and wild rice, roast pumpkin, pickled cabbage, crispy kale, avocado, beetroot skordalia, 63° egg and herbed ricotta; or the Regattas “fat” pancake stack with whipped butter and maple syrup.
